| Job Description | Your Role As a member of the Wimdu UK team, you will: - oversee the activities of a Host Relationship Management (HRM) team while working independently to contribute toward the businesses growth - develop and manage the relationship between new and existing hosts to grow the Wimdu community - manage complicated host (customer) matters to reach a mutually agreeable outcome - liaise with the Berlin Head Office on all HRM matters including cases of fraud, disputed payments and hosts with technical difficulties - embrace additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects working alongside the Managing Director About you Ideally, you will have just graduated from a Business-related degree, or you will have a passion for entrepreneurship and online businesses that sets you apart from the rest. |
