• Accurate interpretation of designs and concepts into interactive Flash work.
• Construction of intuitive Flash based video templates.
• Advanced ActionScript 3.0 – using Adobe CS and FlashDevelop
• Experience with AS3 plugins (papervision / Bulkloader / TweenMax/Lite / MonsterDebugger)
• Excellent knowledge of using XML and RSS with Flash.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 and a desire to push the boundaries.
• Experience of programming for 3D graphics a strong advantage.
• Experience of delivering online video and a desire to keep up with emerging techniques.
